Commencing in the fall of 2024, the project involved the supply and install a ‘Titan Earth Slope’ retaining wall which was a first for us. This type of Mechanically Stabilized Earth System or MSE wall was chosen due to its proximity to an Environmentally Sensitive Area and provided an aesthetically pleasing vegetated green face that is both environmentally friendly as well as designed to meet the highest performance and quality standards. This project presented many obstacles like working next to an ESA on one side and busy roadway on the other but Outer Construction Inc worked through it to present a quality product for our customer. We were a sub contractor working alongside the General Bre-Ex Construction Inc. who completed all the excavation work before we began our install portion.
