In the summer of 2022, Outer Construction Inc was awarded the landscaping contract for Sifton’s Legacy Square at West 5 project. The project entailed the construction of a park and greenspace and was managed by D Grant & Sons. It included the supply and installation of all the soft scaping, unit paving, precast concrete seat walls, pergolas, shade sails, site furniture, site signage and fencing. The project spanned over 2 years with a completion date of June 2023 in time to celebrate Sifton’s 100th anniversary.
