Legacy Square @ West 5
In the summer of 2022, Outer Construction Inc was awarded the landscaping contract for Sifton’s Legacy Square at West 5 project. The project entailed the construction of a park and greenspace and was managed by D Grant & Sons.
Rapid Transit Implementation – Wellington Street
In late 2023, St. Thomas issued a prequalification request for the Highbury Avenue Widening project, aimed at enhancing traffic flow for the new VW battery plant.
Wellington Gateway and Municipal Infrastructure Improvements – Phase 3
Commencing in the fall of 2024, the project involved the supply and install a ‘Titan Earth Slope’ retaining wall which was a first for us.
